Many events and shows were canceled late last week as Hurricane Nate was forecast to arrive on the Gulf Coast late Saturday night. Some events have been rescheduled and performances added. An updated list follows:

• The NOLA Project has added a 2 p.m. Saturday performance of Urinetown.

• The Marigny Opera House debuted its season with the original ballet Book of Saints. It added a performance at 8 p.m. Tuesday.

Southern Rep has added performances of Fun Home. Extra shows are scheduled for 7:30 p.m. Wed. Oct. 11 and 3 p.m. Saturday and Sunday Oct. 21-22.

• The Art for Art's Sake celebration along Magazine Street has been rescheduled for 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 14.

Beignet Fest is rescheduled for Dec. 2.

• The Southern Food & Beverage Museum has rescheduled Cirque du Cuisine, a tour of French Quarter homes with food from local restaurants, for Oct. 15.

• Dirty Coast's "Big Over Easy Brunch" fundraiser for cancer research, scheduled for this Sunday, has been rescheduled for Dec. 10.

Fifi Mahony's Golden Years 20th anniversary has been rescheduled for Jan. 6.

Late Night Catechism at the Gretna Cultural Center for the Arts has rescheduled its Saturday performance to 6 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 22.

• Bonerama's album release show for Hot Like Fire was postponed to Nov. 18 at Tipitina's.
