World Championship Crawfish Etouffee Cook-off

When: March 29-30 2014

The 29th annual festival starts with a street dance on Second Street and moves to the Northwest Pavilion Sunday for live Cajun and zydeco music, food (including crawfish, boudin and jambalaya), arts and crafts and an etouffee cook-off. Hours 7:30 p.m.-11:30 p.m. Sat., 10 a.m.-4 p.m. Sun. Admission free.
