Oregon growers' love affair with Pinot Noir is second only to that of Burgundy's great vignerons. Aged 10 to 12 months in French oak, this wine is well-balanced with good acidity, complexity and a long, velvety finish. Intense red berry fruit aromas with nuances of sweet oak spice and vanilla evolve into cherry, strawberry and raspberry flavors accented by cedar, pepper and hints of cinnamon. Good paired with grilled salmon or tuna, roast chicken and pork tenderloin.
