Southern Food & Beverage Museum Symposium and Gala

Chefs, food scholars, writers, policy-makers and others discuss a broad range of topics related to the history of eating in the South. The gala features food, cocktails, live music and auctions. Tickets $65-$165. Symposium 9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Sept. 16, 8:30 a.m. to 7 p.m. Sept. 17; gala 7 p.m. to 10 p.m. Sept. 16.
