- Kickboxing: Also known as Sanshou/Sanda, Chinese kickboxing is a self-defense system and combat sport developed by the Chinese military based on traditional Shaolin Kung Fu and modern combat fighting. It includes punches, kicks, catches, takedowns, throws and sweeps.
- Tai Chi: An internal martial art that promotes overall health and wellbeing, improves balance, and incorporates self-defense techniques. Tai Chi and Qi Gong are a type of moving meditation that improves the immune system, and strengthens the functions of organs, ligaments, and muscles. Great for people of all ages and physical abilities.
- Kids Kung Fu: Kids starting at the age of 4 can learn discipline, self-control, and respect; improve focus, concentration, coordination; and cultivate a healthy lifestyle in a fun, positive environment while learning different animal styles.
- Adult Kung Fu: The curriculum focuses on traditional Shaolin forms, self-defense applications and trainings as practiced for the past 1500 years at the Shaolin Temple.
