Each year during Carnival season, the famous Budweiser Clydesdales join the party in New Orleans, making appearances all around the city and marching in several parades. Now in its 7th year, Horses, Hops and Cops welcomes the beautiful horses to the city and provides attendees the chance opportunity to view the Clydesdales while enjoying music from The Wise Guys, food and drinks, local arts and crafts vendors, children’s activities, a raffle, and more. This year for the first time ever, the NOPD Mounted Division will host an equine soccer game. The event is free to attend and begins at 5pm.
This year’s VIP Experience includes a private guided tour with a Clydesdales horse trainer and a gift bag that comes with an NOPD Mounted Division T-shirt, food and drink tickets, a PJ’s Coffee tumbler, and more goodies. The tours begin at 3pm and 4pm and tickets run $100 each (children 2 and under are free). All proceeds from the event support the NOPD Mounted Division. Click here for more information.
