On Monday October 30, Briquette restaurant hosted Gambit’s annual 40 Under 40 event. The new Warehouse District restaurant provided the perfect backdrop for 40 Under 40, a celebration of forty of New Orleans’ movers and shakers.
Located in The Refinery Building on the corner of S. Peters and Girod streets, Briquette opened its doors earlier this month. The restaurant features table and bar seating. Diners can catch a glimpse of chef Robert Vasquez and his team busy at work in the large, glass encased kitchen that looks onto the dining area.
Briquette’s upscale, contemporary menu highlights the flavors of Louisiana’s Gulf Coast, specifically seafood. Menu offerings include a selection of grilled fish, small dishes and salads for $10-14, and larger dishes for $18-26. Briquette is open daily for dinner. Click here to book a reservation.
