The theme celebrates indulgences and simple pleasures. Floats depict a New York shopping spree, high fashion, a sunny day, "The Sweet Smell of Success" and day dreaming. Q93.3 FM host Uptown Angela rides as grand marshal.

11 a.m.
Location: Uptown
Theme: Iris Just Wants to Have Fun
Floats: 36

Throws: hand-decorated sunglasses, krewe hard hats, tutus and leg warmers, iPhone chargers, plush king cake babies, 3-D image theme cups
The members of Iris enjoy themselves with floats including "Iris Relaxes at a Spa," "Iris Takes a Beach Trip," "Iris Loves to Shop" and "Iris Goes Festin'." Angela Hill rides as grand marshal.

Location: Uptown
Theme: Tucks Visits the Hood
Floats: 38

Throws: colored toilet paper, plungers, Tucks dolls, fly swatters, sunglasses, squirting toilets, footballs, throwing discs, comets, cups and doubloons
The Krewe of Tucks celebrates the character of local neighborhoods, from trendy areas of Magazine Street to the historic red light district of Storyville to Fat City in Metairie. Reality TV star Stassi Schroeder and WGNO-TV News with a Twist anchors Susan Roesgen, LBJ, Wild Bill Wood, Curt Sprang and others ride as guests, and the procession includes the marching groups Ducks of Dixieland, Disco Amigos, Laissez Boys Social Aid and Leisure Club (riding motorized reclining chairs) and Captain Lloyd's Rescued Wild Animals on Loan from the Zoo. The krewe introduces a new float, The Challice Tucksedeaux.

4:30 p.m.
Location: Mid-City
Theme: Endymion Through the Years
Floats: 35
Queen: Jamie Elizabeth Hanzo
King: Robert W. Hodgson
Throws: many 50th anniversary logo items, many lighted items, scepters, glow sticks, various cups and doubloons
The Krewe of Endymion celerbrates its 50th year with floats depicting past parades such as the original 1967 "Take Me Out to the Ballgame," 1980's "Broadway on Parade," 1990's "Saturday Night at the Movies" and 2012's "Happily Ever After." The krewe introduces a new float, Club Endymion, which depicts the Superdome and screens video projections of Pitbull and Steven Tyler, who perform at the Endymion Extravaganza. The procession features marching bands from 10 states, including seven colleges and universities.

6 p.m.

Theme: Isis Celebrates the Season

Throws: hand-decorated flip-flops, Isis jambalaya, lighted beads, balls, wands and headbands and glittered sunglasses
The all-female Krewe of Isis introduces its Plum Street float in a parade celebrating local seasons, such as Plum Street Snoball season, Oscar season, festival season and the Christmas season. The procession includes a U.S. Marine Corps Marching Band.
