The Reptilian
Thu. June 14 | Kalamazoo's The Reptilian wrings out the sweatiest T-shirt from a '90s emo and hardcore show over its anthemic screams, scattered drums and cascading guitar riffs. The band hits the road on a farewell tour with Pittsburgh's edhochuli. New Orleans bands New Lands, All People and Treadles open at 7 p.m. at Hey! Cafe.

World of Dance
Fri. June 15 | Phillip Larroque conducts the New Orleans Chamber Orchestra in a dance-inspired program featuring Samuel Barber's Medea, Ottorino Respighi's Ancient Airs and Dances Suite No. 3, the premiere of Kevin George's Dancing Shadows and more at 8 p.m. at Marigny Opera House.

Anthrax and Testament
Mon. June 18 | Summoning the near-retirees to fetch their patched denim vests from the back of the closet, this classic thrash double bill follows hints of new albums from both bands, taking a break from a tour with Slayer to make a New Orleans stop at 7 p.m. at House of Blues.
