The Lower Garden District restaurant Jackson (1910 Magazine St., 522-5766) has reopened with new owners, a new chef and a new menu but with the same name and much the same look. Co-owner Mark Anthony and chef John Bolderson take a more casual approach than Jackson's previous incarnation. Look for salmon tartare, steamed mussels, burgers, po-boys, salads and entrees including steaks, ribs, jerk chicken and blackened tuna.
