Yoga, Pilates or tai chi in the park, hula hooping, bicycling through nature, running in a race and lots of other health- and fitness-oriented activities are scheduled throughout spring in the New Orleans area. There are classes, boot camps, walking clubs and foot races, as well as educational seminars about diseases and other topics, workshops, support groups and other wellness-focused events from now through the first week of June.
