Community Pilates' Six-Week Basic Training. Mandeville Wharf at Crescent Park, 1008 N. Peters St.; www.crescentparknola.org — Instructor Julie Schexnayder leads a full-body workout utilizing calisthenics, resistance training, Pilates, agility work, barre, plyometrics and balance training.
