If you can't handle the heat, come into the kitchen! On July 13th from 6:30-8PM, Gambit is hosting the fourth annual Emerging Chef's Challenge at The Cannery! (3803 Toulouse St. New Orleans, LA 70119)
This year, it's all about the sous chefs. Fourteen of the most talented sous chefs in New Orleans will make their best recipes for a night of heated competition. Sample original dishes from each chef and vote for your favorite to crown this year's champion. The winning chef walks away with the $1,000 cash prize based on YOUR vote.
