Friends of James Beard Benefit Dinner

Local chefs including Justin Devillier of La Petite Grocery and Arron Burgau of Patois and Adam Evans of The Optimist in Atlanta and Chris Shepherd of Underbelly in Houston prepare a multi course meal of regionally inspired dishes such as duck-fat poached swordfish with peaches, boudin-stuffed rabbit and pork bresaola. Proceeds benefit James Beard Foundation programs.
