A new bistro, Coquette (2800 Magazine St., 265-0421; www.coquettenola.com), has opened in the townhouse previously occupied by Takumi. The menu mixes French, Italian and Louisiana influences in dishes like pumpkin cappelletti, chicken stew with andouille, and roasted oysters with fennel. Coquette serves lunch and dinner Tuesday through Saturday and Sunday brunch.
