Now this is a nice way to enjoy summertime dining on a budget. Throughout most of the summer, BACCO Restaurant (310 Chartres St., 522-2426) will offer $10 dinner entrees. The Italian offering from Ralph Brennan include six entrees nightly from dishes such as shrimp and artichoke lasagna, salmon pizza, crawfish and blood-orange penne, herb-roasted chicken and Venetian-style catfish. All in all, there will be 10 entrees in rotation, as Executive Chef Haley Gabel and Chef de Cuisine Steve McHugh present an encore performance from last summer's successful promotion.
