Red Wattle and Tamworth pigs pasture-raised at Home Place Pastures in Mississippi are featured in a seven-course meal served family style. Dishes include charcuterie, arugula salad with cured pork belly, pork shoulder ravioli, pig ear ragout, smoked pork loin and Champagne sorbet with pig fat shortbread cookies. Wine is included.
