The tea party includes holiday foods, pastries, specialty teas and sparkling wine or mimosas for adults. Attendees get a Roosevelt teddy bear, and photos with Santa are available for purchase. Tickets $67.38 for children, $94.33 for adults.

Chef Issac Toups serves a cheese-themed four-course dinner featuring dishes such as broccoli cheese rice, which combines of charred broccoli, Comte cheese and risotto. There are two seatings. The dinner costs $50.

Guests can decorate their own gingerbread house with chocolate, candy and more. Children receive hot chocolate or apple cider. There's Champagne for adults. A ticket costs $140, and is good for up to four guests.
