The legislatively dubbed "Crawfish Capital of the World" hosts its annual celebration to spotlight Louisiana cuisine and Cajun, zydeco and swamp pop music. There are dance contests, crawfish races, a crawfish-eating contest, crawfish etouffee cook-off, Cajun music workshops and more. 4 p.m.-midnight Fri., 10 a.m.-midnight Sat., 9 a.m.-4 p.m. Sun. Admission $5 Fri.-Sun., $10 Sat., $15 three-day pass.
