Nathaniel Rateliff & The Night Sweats will headline the Emeril Lagasse Foundation's (www.emeril.org) annual Bourbon, Boudin & Beer (www.bourbonboudinandbeer.com) fundraiser Nov. 3 in Champions Square at the Superdome.
The music lineup also includes Langhorne Slim & the Law, Kristin Diable and Silverado Pickups.
Bourbon, Boudin & Beer features more than 60 chefs from across the country preparing their spins on the Cajun sausage to raise funds for children's charities.
Participating chefs include Aaron Burgau (Patois), Jimmy Bannos Sr. (Chicago's Heaven on Seven), Frank Brigtsen (Brigtsen's), Carey Bringle (Nashville's Peg Leg Porker), Nina Compton (Compere Lapin), Michael Gulotta (MoPho, Maypop), Habteab Hamde (Tampa's Bern's Steak House), Phillip Lopez (Square Root), Tory McPhail (Commander's Palace), Slade Rushing (Brennan's New Orleans), Alon Shaya (Shaya, Domenica), Isaac Toups (Toups' Meatery, Toups South) and others.
The charity also holds a wine auction and gala dinner Carnivale du Vin (www.carnivaleduvin.com).
Tickets to the Bourbon, Boudin & Beer are $99 and include food, cocktails, beer and musical entertainment.
