A Mano (870 Tchoupitoulas St., 208-9280; www.amanonola.com), the Italian restaurant from chefs Adolfo Garcia and Joshua Smith, will begin lunch service Wednesday, Jan. 6. Look for sandwiches, salumi, pastas and a $14, two-course lunch from Wednesday through Friday. The restaurant's name is Italian for "by hand," and the menu is full of house-made pastas, sausages and cured meats.
