This delicious Oregon rose features all estate-grown fruit from vineyards nestled in the rolling hills of Willamette Valley's coastal range. Founded in 2001, Territorial Vineyards practices sustainable, low-impact farming methods. Fruit for this wine was sourced from the gentle-sloping, 15-acre Bellpine Vineyard where sun-drenched days give way to cool nights, a swing in daily temperatures pinot noir grapes demand. After harvest, the wine was cold-soaked with minimal skin contact in stainless steel, fermented in the same vats and exposed to a touch of French oak before bottling. The dry, complex and well-crafted wine offers refreshing flavors of watermelon, pink grapefruit and strawberry with a backbone of bright acidity. Drink it with boiled seafood, barbecued chicken and ribs, grilled sausages, roasted vegetables, salads, cheeses and desserts. Buy it at: Brady's Wine Warehouse and Faubourg Wines. Drink it at: Irene's Cuisine, K-Paul's Louisiana Kitchen, CellarDoor, Apres Lounge, Dick & Jenny's, Bacchanal Wine and Louisiana Pizza Kitchen.
