Saint Clair's signature sauvignon blanc is a light and appealing wine. Grapes were sourced from Marlborough's various subregions, including vineyards in Lower Wairau, Rapaura and Brancott Valley. The wine was fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks to preserve its freshness and delicate varietal character.
