2009 Pascal Jolivet Sancerre

The juice for this wine was vinified in cold stainless steel tanks and the wine was allowed to develop slowly to acquire an elegant character. The crisp wine exhibits floral aromas as well as citrus peel, passion fruit and slate. On the palate, taste grapefruit, yellow plum, lemon, a hint of herbs, stony minerality and tangy acidity, all in perfect balance. Drink it as an aperitif or with asparagus, artichokes, sushi, shellfish, buttery seafood dishes, white meats, Asian cuisines, soups and salads. Buy it at: The Wine Seller.
