has released its first "30 Under 30"
list for leaders in the New Orleans culinary industry.
The compilation from the international restaurant guide features up-and-coming stars in the food, beverage and hospitality industries, including both front and back-of-the-house positions. Following an online solicitation, Zagat
complied the nominations and reviewed and edited the list, which was released Aug. 16.
The final selection is heavy on LeBlanc + Smith employees, including nominees from all four of the restaurant group’s properties (Cavan, Barrel Proof, Sylvain and Meauxbar). There’s also a good deal of Besh Group employees and St. Roch Market vendors.
