Tyler Scurlock has released more than a dozen albums and singles under his prolific Sharks' Teeth
moniker, from ambient synth washes to emotional post-disco and dreamy electronic pop. Now a quartet, the synthesizer-based project — a sort of joyous bedroom pop Kraftwerk , with a live setup with stacks of keyboards and cables nearly obscuring the band — will release It Transfers & Grows on
Sept. 2 via Gigantic Noise and Community Records. The New Orleans band's album release show
is 9 p.m. Friday, Sept. 2 at Gasa Gasa with Sexy Dex & the Fresh and Pope.

-d "She Teaches Art."
