The New Orleans Film Society's Emerging Voices mentorship program supports Louisiana filmmakers of color who are currently in the development/pre-production stage on a narrative, documentary or experimental film or music video project. Filmmakers are selected each year during the New Orleans Film Festival and paired with established film industry leaders for one-on-one mentorship. Applications for this year's program will be accepted through June 26 and are available here. The 2016 New Orleans Film Festival will be held Oct. 12-20.
