Endymion place-saving 2016: Nine days out

Mardi Gras is nearly upon us like a pack of purple, green and gold wild dogs
, and strange runes already have appeared on the Orleans Avenue neutral ground in Mid-City, nine full days before the superkrewe of Endymion begins its LED-lit roll through the middle of town.

With this, we commence our annual photographic chronicling of space-saving for Endymion. No visible tarps, tents, chairs, tables, sofas, ropes, grills, wading pools, ice chests or other essential paraphernalia yet, but there's still more than a week to go.

Old hotness: Krewe of Chad.

New hotness: Krewe of Brad, Chad's twin brother without the popped collar.
