Salisbury is a Pizza Domenica
alum who helmed the ovens at Wood Pizza Bar & Taphouse
in the Warehouse District before leaving in June to focus on the new concept.
The prix-fixe menu, inspired by the Portuguese-American community of southern Massachusetts where Salisbury grew up, begins with scallop ceviche made with with jalapeno, bell peppers and citrus vinaigrette.
Next up is a lobster roll — a nod to Salisbury’s New England upbringing — topped with seasoned mayonnaise, pickled radishes, green onions and capers. Clams Casino are topped with compound butter, panko breadcrumbs and bacon.
Charred octopus “Mozambique” is served with spicy red chili and tomato sauce, potatoes bravas
and parsley. Croquetas de bacalao
are made with salt cod and asparagus and topped with orange hollandaise.
For dessert, diners can expect a salted caramel ice cream topped with bruleed bananas, olive oil and hazelnuts.
There are three seatings: 5:30 p.m., 7:30 p.m. and 9:30 p.m.
