Lil Wayne has had a busy week.

The Hollygrove-raised rapper announced he will host the Lil' Weezyana Festival at 7 p.m. Friday, Aug. 28 at Champions Square. Wayne announced the event (sponsored by Morris "One Call, That's All" Bart) this afternoon on Q93-FM during an in-depth interview with DJ Wild Wayne.

Over the weekend, Wayne released the mixtape FWA via Tidal, the streaming music service launched by Jay Z earlier this year. And though he's currently embroiled in a lawsuit with Cash Money Records for holding his Tha Carter IV album, Wayne is reuniting Cash Money's Hot Boys, the rap supergroup featuring Wayne, Juvenile, B.G. and Turk and responsible for hits like "We on Fire" and "I Need a Hot Girl." B.G., however, remains in a federal prison in Pennsylvania following a 14-year sentence for gun and obstruction charges. But Cash Money mastermind Mannie Fresh will be there, among others who are yet to be announced.

Tickets go on sale via Ticketmaster tomorrow with a pre-sale (password: "10YEARS") followed by additional presales on July 9 and general admission sales at 10 a.m. Saturday, July 11.
