Each week this summer, the New Orleans Exercist brings you news and events for active living in the Big Easy. This week: get out your Glitter Tits to bike naked in the French Quarter and clean and jerk on the Northshore. Ow ow.
- The World Naked Bike Ride
cruises through the Marigny and French Quarter at 4 p.m. tomorrow (June 13), beginning at Bywater’s Markey Park
(700 block of Piety Street). The spectacle intends to raise awareness about the vulnerability of cyclists on the road and other “issues concerning humanity.” The ride is open to everyone in all states of dress and funded by donation.

), sponsors the Gulf Coast Games
CrossFit competition on Saturday (June 13). Registration is closed, but you can still turn out (at 8:30 a.m.!) to watch two-person teams squat, jerk and box jump their way to cash prizes.
- Also on the Northshore this weekend: Tour de Louisiane
bike race events take place Saturday near Franklinton and Sunday in Covington. Online registration is closed, but race-day registration will be available. Riders must purchase USA Cycling road licenses to compete.

) holds a charity basketball tournament called Nothing but NET
on Saturday (June 13) at Langston Hughes Academy
(3519 Trafalgar St.). There’s dunk contests and team play available for youth and adults.
- West Bank-based Triumph Krav Maga
