One price, dozens of tastes of the city: That was the idea behind the original Gambit Food Revue
five years ago, and it was such a hit we've done it every year since.
The premise was simple: We asked dozens of the eateries we'd written about that year to come together for a food festival like no other — a mashup of white-tablecloth restaurants, bistros, bars and food trucks, all in one room for one (low) price.

Some tickets are still available for this year's event, which takes place March 11 at the Pavilion of the Two Sisters in New Orleans City Park. Admission is $50 for all you can eat and drink, or $70 for a VIP ticket, which gets you in an hour early (before the crowds arrive) and access to a VIP tent. Tickets are available here
This year's lineup includes Biscuits and Buns on Banks, Del Fuego Taqueria, Fulton Alley, Melba's, Namese, Seed, Silk Road, The Blue Crab, The Half Shell, Toast, Treo, Wayfare, Carrollton Market, Pagoda Cafe, Richard Fiske's, Old Arabi Eats, MoPho, Vega Tapas, Charcoals Gourmet Burger Bar, Martin Wine Cellar, Silk Road, Dis & Dat, Nile Ethiopian, Canal Street Bistro, Lucy's Retired Surfer's Bar, Whoodoo BBQ, Good Eggs, Andrea's Restaurant, Banana Blossom, Bao & Noodle, Angelo Brocato's, Deutsches Haus, Good Karma Cafe and Red's Chinese.
