Film Society's fall "Moonlight Movies" series starts tonight

The fall 2014 edition of the New Orleans Film Society's ongoing "Moonlight movies" series launches tonight, Friday, Sept. 19 at sundown with Billy Wilder's classic Sunset Boulevard in NOMA's Sydney and Walda Besthoff Sculpture Garden. More info here. Here's the full "Moonlight Movies" schedule:

Sept. 19 — Sunset Boulevard, Sydney & Walda Besthoff Sculpture Garden at NOMA, 1 Collins Diboll Cir.

Sept. 27 — Back to the Future, St. Patrick Park, 4700 Baudin Street

Oct. 4 — Friday the 13th, Bywater Brickyard, Chartres St. at Montegut

Oct. 17 — Heathers, Bywater Brickyard, Chartres St. at Montegut

Oct. 18 — Say Anything, Whole Foods Market, 300 N. Broad St.

Oct. 21 — Do the Right Thing, Dillard University, 2601 Gentilly Blvd.

Oct. 24 — North By Northwest, Sydney & Walda Besthoff Sculpture Garden at NOMA, 1 Collins Diboll Cir.

Oct. 25 — Ghostbusters, Palmer Park, Claiborne Ave. & Carrollton Ave.

Nov. 14 — Citizen Kane, Sydney & Walda Besthoff Sculpture Garden at NOMA, 1 Collins Diboll Cir.
