Comedy Central offering free tickets to stand-up specials

Comedy Central is in town this week hosting three stand-up comics filming their first one-hour specials for the network. The League's Steve Rannazzisi, Chappelle's Show co-creator Neal Brennan, and Whitney co-star (and prolific Vine user) Chris D'Elia perform at the newly renovated Civic Theatre, and complimentary tickets are offered here. Each comic performs two shows each night.

Aside from stand-up and writing on and co-creating (with Dave Chappelle) the landmark series Chappelle's Show, Brennan has been regularly named a must-follow Twitter personality, and he hosts the podcast The Champs (with Moshe Kasher, who was in town last week, and Doug Lussenhop). Brennan performs Friday, April 12.

Rannazzisi is best known as Kevin on the FX series The League. He performs Thursday, April 11. Whitney star D'Elia, who performs Saturday, April 13, was named one of Variety's 10 "comics to watch" in 2011 and is a regular on the late-night show comic slot.
