Chefs Team Up for Benefit Dinner at Windsor Court

The Windsor Court Hotel next week hosts the annual Summer Cure Chefs Wine Dinner, a fundraiser for the local affiliate of breast cancer advocacy group Susan G. Komen for the Cure.

The dinner, scheduled for Thursday, July 23, is a five-course meal with each course prepared by a different chef and accompanied by a wine pairing.

Participating chefs include:

Drew Dzejak, executive chef of Windsor Court Grill Room;

Aaron Burgau, chef and co-owner of Patois;

Michelle Weaver, executive chef of Charleston Grill, a restaurant in the Charleston Place Hotel, a corporate sibling of the Windsor Court in South Carolina;

Adolfo Garcia, chef and co-owner of RioMar and La Boca; and

Beth Blundo, pastry chef of Lilette.

Tickets are $225 per person, and proceeds benefit the New Orleans Affiliate of Susan G. Komen for the Cure. Click here for details.
