Bonny Doon's wacky winemaker blends grapes grown in California, Germany and Washington state for this one Pacific Rim Riesling; he also suggests a sushi accompaniment to its crisp breath of candied lime. Its nose is perfumed like a walk surrounded by night jasmine and mango groves. In the mouth, this nearly dry wine is clean and smooth, more akin to a slightly sweetened gin and tonic. Found at Dorignac's, Foodies Kitchen, Langenstein's, Vieux Carre Wine & Spirits, Whole Foods Market and select Albertson's and Robert's locations. -- Roahen
