Shoppers at St. Germain Shoes (The Shops at Canal Place, 333 Canal St., Level 2, 522-1720) will enjoy a live Latin band, beverages and desserts on Friday from 10 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. as famed shoe designer Donald Pliner presents his 2009 line and signs all shoe and handbag purchases.
