Old Navy reopened at The Esplanade (1401 W. Esplanade Ave., Kenner) last week for the first time since it was closed by Hurricane Katrina. Vespa New Orleans and the Arts Council of New Orleans are selling a limited number of special raffle tickets for a new Vespa Granturismo GT that has been hand-painted by local New Orleans artists Evelyn Mege and Darrin Butler. Only 250 tickets will be sold at $100, and the raffle drawing will be held during a special Art for Arts Sake reception Oct. 7 at Vespa New Orleans (901 Julia St.).
