Separate Lunch Tables, Please

New Orleans lost its best feuder this year when Al Copeland died in March. Famously, Copeland had squared off against former resident Anne Rice (class of 1997) on behalf of Straya, his St. Charles Avenue restaurant — then again against Robert Guidry (class of 2001) in a physical brawl in the dining room of Morton's The Steakhouse. While none of the feuds on this year's list matched the Copeland gold standard of feud-alism, the class of '08 did produce a few famous couples whom you wouldn't want to invite to the same dinner party.
