Jindal's New Staff Structure

comment

The Division of Administration, which serves as the central management and support agency for the entire state, has eliminated four of its top positions and created its first chief of staff post in recent memory. Mark A. Brady, who previously served as deputy assistant secretary of the U.S. Department of Commerce, is the new chief of staff. Kim Manning, who was most recently an analyst for Gov. Bobby Jindal, has come on as senior legislative analyst. Brady and Manning fill the roles vacated recently by the director of legislative affairs, a legislative assistant and two research analysts. Brady and Manning will take on enough work to save the division an estimated $20,000 per year. — Jeremy Alford
