Pan-seared jumbo shrimp simmered in chipotle-garlic cream sauce are served over a fried grit cake with sweet, teardrop tomatoes. The Juicy Lucy is an Angus beef and applewood-smoked bacon patty stuffed with provolone and topped with pickled jalapenos, roasted tomatoes and chipotle mayonnaise on a brioche bun.
