Kudos for the Grill The Windsor Court 's New Orleans Grill (300 Gravier St., 523-6000) dispatched two news bytes this week. First, Pastry Chef Keegan Gerhard has been named one of the Ten Best Pastry Chefs of 2004 by Pastry Art & Design magazine. Secondly, last Monday hotel management formally unveiled artist Auseklis Ozols ' mural of Jackson Square. One of three murals commissioned in conjunction with the restaurant 's recent overhaul, this one depicts past and contemporary local notables in the Square, including Sybil Morial, Lindy Boggs, former Gov. Mike Foster and City Council Member Jacquelyn Brechtel Clarkson.
