The Southern Food & Beverage Museum screens the film about chef/restaurateur Jeremiah Tower, a veteran of Chez Panisse and creator of Stars, both extremely influential San Francisco Bay Area restaurants. Chefs John Besh and Zachary Engel offer introductory remarks. Tower attends a reception at the museum following the screening. Tickets $25, museum members $20, culinary students $15.
