A longtime French Quarter standard, Broussard's offers a special Easter brunch for $28.50 from 11:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. It includes a choice of appetizers, soups and desserts in addition to entree choices that include Eggs Chez Nous, Eggs Conti, Eggs Broussard and cornmeal-crusted Gulf fish.

This gourmet shop Uptown is offering prepared Easter menu items for pickup on Saturday, including crabmeat bisque, grillades and cheese grits, crown pork roast, spinach casserole, buttermilk mashed potatoes, key lime cheese cake and coconut-lemon layer cake.

Heavenly Ham

Let this ham specialist prepare an Easter feast for you. The special feast is $59.95 and includes a 7-pound bone-in ham, two side dishes and dessert. You can also add turkey breast for $19.99. You need to give them a day's notice to get everything ready and pick up your meal on Saturday.

The menu features Chef Randy Barlow's crawfish enchiladas with con queso sauce, grilled salmon with shrimp, buttermilk cake with fresh Louisiana strawberries and housemade whipped cream and more. Reservations are needed, and a children's menu is available.

Redfish Grill

Chef Gregg Collier's three-course Easter brunch menu, served from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., includes an appetizer and praline bread pudding dessert in addition to entree choices of Louisiana crawfish and Brie omelette, redfish Pontalba, pan-seared pompano, or sauteed softshell crab. A la carte and children's menus also available. Plus, diners can expect a visit from the Easter bunny.
