Brunch by Bajeux at Rib Room

Rene Bajeux has been making his mark on the Rib Room (Omni Royal Orleans Hotel, 621 St. Louis St., 529-7046;, where he took over the executive chef spot in May. The latest change is a new jazz brunch format on Sundays. Three-course meals range from $28 to $35 and include unlimited sparkling wine, appetizers like smoked salmon or oysters Amandine, and entrees like a beef debris omelet, shrimp Creole with a bacon waffle or redfish with andouille hash.
