Cochon du lait is served on top of cornbread stuffing with cracklings, mashed sweet potatoes and pan gravy. The seafood platter comes with grilled drum amandine, shrimp cornbread with jalapeno smoked butter, baked oyster Leruth, shrimp and Napa cabbage slaw, artichoke baked oysters and sea scallops with roasted cauliflower.
