Now local guitarist Cliff Hines has assembled a tribute to Radiohead, set for 10 p.m. Sunday at One Eyed Jacks. Hines takes his tribute sets seriously — his offbeat and pitch-perfect performances (often in costume) to his rock heroes have a who's who of local performers filling out the stage.
