Some people bring back snow globes and T-shirts from their travels. But Herbsaint chef and owner Donald Link apparently brought back something more interesting from a recent trip to southern France.
He got inspired by the traditional French flavors, and upon returning home decided to make them into an ongoing special, which begins today.
All this month, the restaurant features a French-themed tasting menu. It changes each week, but always runs through four courses and costs $45.
