OK, not really. While Deuce himself (presumably) still has money from his NFL contract and, should he choose to retire, his upcoming pension, his car dealership in Mississippi is in dire need of help. Deuce reportedly owes more than $6.6 million and nearly $300,000 to Nissan. The car company says that McAllister "defaulted on a deal, then exceeded his credit line."

Yes, the economy is taking all kinds of tolls on people these days, especially people in the auto business. Remember what happened to Tom Benson's fleet? Or that dealership that was selling two trucks for the price of one? What's worse, of course, is that the Saints just released McAllister from his contract and no longer owe him the $7 million he was set to earn next season (Also, after being released, Deuce held a press conference where he mentioned that his dealership was having a "rough" time.)

So what are Deuce fans to do? For all sympathy for Deuce's situation, the only thing people can do is try and buy a couple of cars off of McAllister's lot, if only to help him pay off that interest. But in this economy, who could do that?
